Hello again!!!

This must be a record, two posts in quick sucession!!! At the moment I am sitting at our good friend Spooners house in Ireland, relaxing after leaving France the other day. Its nice to catch up though both Dom and I are missing skiing already!!! It was a fantastic season, we met and worked for some awesome people and our skiing and boarding improved to no end. We're looking forward to December already when we return to run the same chalet and get back on the snow.

On the downside, in the second to last week of the season, on a massive sunny day in La Plagne I broke my thumb and have subsequently spent the rest of the season in a cast with numerous trips to the doctors and an operation the day before we left to have my bone pinned back together. It was a pretty scary experience, especially with my limited French, but im ok. Getting better at doing things with 1 hand every day :) Poor Dom has to pick up a bit of slack though - including doing ALL the driving on our 1000km trip across France to get the ferry to Ireland!!! What a legend!

Next planned for us is 3 days here then off to the uk to meet up with nick and jules from the ski season and back off to France with them to work on a campsite in Brittany. Not sure where yet, but we find out on training at the start of May. As long as there is beach and sun i'm not too fussed where we end up. Will keep you posted.
